**The Role**
Reporting to Director, Enterprise business Development, this role blends two critical functions - customer success management and renewal execution - with a focus on ensuring that our clients derive maximum value from our product throughout their entire lifecycle, ultimately leading to successful renewals.
**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
- Ensure customer retention and satisfaction through maintaining a high renewal rates and low churn rate.
- Guide customers through the setup process, offering best practices for their specific use case.
- Organize customer events or community-building activities to strengthen long-term relationships.
- Ensure timely and accurate renewal execution.
- Working effectively with the sales team, licensing and legal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and align to support our customers.
**To be successful in this role, you should have**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing role within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, customer lifecycle management, and subscription-based revenue generation.
- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce.
- Expertise in using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Highly empathetic and customer-focused, with a passion for helping clients succeed.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams, demonstrating a customer-first mindset.
**Additional Information**
Office-based working environment, work from our Toronto or Vancouver office three or more days per week.
