Our growth plans call for us to add a Chief Revenue Officer to our leadership team. In this new role for the company you’ll have all the levers to drive revenue generation. This ranges from setting strategy, building the team, managing priorities, overseeing execution, and importantly delivering results. The scope includes marketing, sales, customer service as well as product, development and pricing. You come from a background where results matter and you’ve demonstrated that this is where you thrive. You don’t necessarily come from this industry, but it might help. This role requires that you define strategy, implement it, and oversee the execution through hands on leadership. You will need to motivate and inspire your team to the highest levels of performance. You also will want to be someone that we all want to work with every day - our growth depends on a strong team. You can expect both autonomy and accountability.

We are still growing rapidly. We are beyond the start-up phase but there is lots of room to put your mark on a burgeoning enterprise. We have products still to be defined, methodologies to enhance and opportunities still to be explored. If you have highly defined problem solving and don’t shy away from decision making you have the traits we are looking for.
