**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
The Tickets and Season Pass Supervisory Lead will manage a team of ticket and season pass attendants, ensuring smooth tickets and season pass operations. This role requires leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering a positive experience to all guests and associates.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Oversee daily operations of the ticket booth and season pass, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed by attendants.
- Ensure all tickets and season pass windows are operational and staffed properly during operational hours.
- Supervise attendants and provide training as required.
- Attend to guest issues and resolve within their authority, such as problems with ticket purchases, lost tickets / season pass, or refunds.
- Complete hourly count to accurately reflect the number of guests in the park.
- Ensure staff take required breaks and shift changes are executed.
- Regularly check that all employee timesheets are accurately completed and signed by employees.
- Cross-check time punches in the system against the signed timesheets to confirm that employees have accurately punched in and out.
- Develop and maintain employee shift schedule based on operational needs, ensuring adequate staffing levels for peak times, events, and busy periods.
- Monitor and enforce uniform standards to ensure that all employees are in full, company-approved uniform.
- Must be available to work all shifts whether they are morning, afternoon, or evening hours.
- Follow all park standards, policies, and procedures.
- All other duties as assigned or necessary to support the park as a while and the Operations department. Management reserves the right to add or remove duties when circumstances arise.
