**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact to all visitors, guests, and employees that enter the administration building. The Receptionist will handle administrative tasks, manage phone calls, and ensure smooth daily operations in the office. This role is critical in creating a positive first impression and supporting the efficient flow of communication within the organization.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Greet all visitors, guests, and employees with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Provide information and direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer incoming calls promptly by providing accurate and clear information.
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to intended recipient.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Prepare outgoing mail, ensuring proper documentation and postage.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, and scanning documents.
- Assist with data entry, inventory tracking, and maintaining office supplies.
- Keep the front desk area clean and organized at all times.
- Support other departments or team members as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize a busy environment.
