**DESCRIPTION**

We are currently looking for a Marketplace Supply Coordinator to join the Telemedicine Success team at Circle Medical Technologies. As we continue to grow, we are constantly searching for exceptional talent to be a part of our team. This position is based in our Montreal, Quebec office.

The Marketplace Supply Coordinator reports to the Provider Relations and Recruiting Manager.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- Maintain professional, cross-functional communication with other support teams to address contract provider questions, issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure proper maintenance of confidential contractor provider information and documentation. Maintain required US records retention for engaging consults and contract and keep all files up-to-date.
- Tracking contractor provider engagement, onboarding and retention data.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Friendly, professional and customer service oriented.
- Proficient knowledge of Google apps (Gmail, Google Calendar, etc.).
- Strong ability to execute, thinking critically and creatively to solve problems.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**:

- College degree or equivalent work related experience.
- At least one year related experience required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

**COMPENSATION**

This is a full-time, salaried position with an annual salary range of CAD $50,000 - $54,600 depending on experience.
