We are currently looking for a tech-savvy **Amazon Marketplace Manager **who will be responsible for managing and executing digital marketing and sales strategies for our products listed on Amazon USA. This position will report to the VP, Amazon Business Unit.

**Responsibilities**
- Execute digital sales and marketing tactics through Amazon Advertising (AMS), as well as overseeing organic keyword efficiencies, listings optimization and localization, media, etc. for a portfolio of 500 different toys listed in North America
- Coordinate strategies with teams responsible for Pay-per-click (PPC), Social Media as well as other digital campaigns
- Ensure retailer’s in-country inventory positions and organic sell-through are closely monitored to maximize returns across the promotion portfolios
- Maximize and keep visibility on ROI, ACoS and other KPIs relevant to the business as well as maintaining investments within required budget lines
- Report results, measures, best practices and issues weekly to the Global Program managers

**Requirements**:

- University degree
- Minimum 2 years of e-commerce experience
- Strong knowledge of the English language, other languages a plus (Spanish preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Experience with Amazon Advertising or Google Ads (an asset)
- Knowledge of the Amazon platform
- Good knowledge of SEO and keyword research
- High level attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Understanding of supply chain flows
- Positive attitude with a focus on teamwork and hands-on mentality
- Flexible work schedule to accommodate multiple time zones

Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) **Gestionnaire, Marché Amazon**, passionné(e) de technologie qui sera responsable de la gestion et de l'exécution des stratégies et tactiques de marketing numérique pour nos produits répertoriés sur Amazon USA. Ce poste relèvera du VP, Unité de Commerce Amazon.

**Responsabilités**
- Exécuter des tactiques de marketing numérique via Amazon Marketing Services (AMS), ainsi que de la supervision de l'efficacité des mots clés organiques, de l'optimisation et de la localisation des listes, des médias, etc. pour un portefeuille de 500 jouets différents répertoriés en Amérique du Nord
- Coordonner les tactiques avec les équipes responsables du Pay-per-click (PPC), des médias sociaux ainsi que d'autres campagnes numériques
- Veiller à ce que les positions des stocks du détaillant dans le pays et les ventes organiques soient étroitement surveillées afin de maximiser les retours sur l'ensemble des portefeuilles de promotion
- Maximiser et maintenir la visibilité sur le retour sur investissement, l'ACoS et d'autres KPI pertinents pour l'entreprise ainsi que le maintien des investissements dans les lignes budgétaires requises
- Signaler chaque semaine les résultats, les mesures, les meilleures pratiques et les problèmes aux responsables du programme mondial

**Exigences**
- Diplôme universitaire
- Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en commerce électronique
- Bonne connaissance de la langue anglaise, autres langues sont un atout (Espagnol de préférence)
- Excellente connaissance d'Excel
- Expérience avec Amazon Advertising ou Google Ads (un atout)
- Connaissance de la plateforme Amazon
- Bonne connaissance du référencement et de la recherche de mots-clés
- Souci du détail de haut niveau et solides compétences analytiques
- Compréhension des flux de la chaîne d'approvisionnement
- Attitude positive mettant l'accent sur le travail d'équipe et la mentalité pratique
