**Commis Aux Commandes Vente**

**Description du Rôle**

**Votre Quotidien**
- Responsable de la prise de commandes exacte et précise
- Répondre aux questions des clients pour prendre commande ou réaliser la vente.
- Mise à jour des comptes clients
- Recherche sur Internet des besoins de l'industrie canadienne en matière de télécommunications
- Entreprendre l’ouverture et enregistrement de RUN-DLJ auprès de diverses entités pour d'éventuels appels d'offre à travers le Canada
- Service aux clients
- Soutien aux ventes
- Veiller à ce que les retours sous garantie soient saisis dans le système le plus rapidement possible.
- Traiter et transmettre les demandes, les courriels, les télécopies, les appels téléphoniques, les communications sur les réseaux sociaux, conformément à la politique actuelle de la Société, qui peut être modifiée de temps à autre.
- Se familiariser avec les nouveaux produits et méthodes en suivant les cours et formations proposés par l'entreprise de temps à autre
- S'engager, entre autres, à respecter les demandes que le Président, le Vice-Président pourrait demander

**Vous Avez**
- Expérience en prise de commandes et de saisie de données
- Bonne connaissance et facilitée en recherche Internet
- Compétences service à la clientèle et en communication
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à prioriser les tâches.
- Grande attention aux détails et compétences organisationnelles
- Une connaissance des produits et de l'industrie des télécommunications serait appréciée.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale en anglais et en français
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office
- Expérience de travail dans un environnement au rythme rapide et axé sur les délais.
- Études en marketing, en vente ou dans un domaine connexe est un plus.

**Sales Order Desk Clerk**

**Role Description**

**Your daily**
- Responsible for accurate and precise order intake
- Answer/Respond to customer questions to take order or achieve Sale.
- Updating customer accounts
- Internet research of Canadian industry telecommunication needs
- Opening & registering RUN-DLJ with various entities for eventual tenders throughout Canada
- Customer service
- Sales support
- Ensure that warranty returns are entered in system as quickly as possible
- Become familiar with new products and methods by following the courses and training offered by the company from time to time
- Undertakes, among other things, to respect the requests that the President, the Vice-President might request.

**You have**
- Oder Desk & data entry experience
- Internet search savvy
- Customer Service, and Communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Knowledge of Telecom products and industry would be appreciated.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Educated in Marketing, Sales, or related field is a plus.
