This role serves as a vital link between advisors and internal team members of Chambers Plan Administration Services department to assist in reporting, rate assessments and renewals. This position will require both strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate across business lines and report findings, giving the opportunity to build positive relationships.

**Qualifications**:

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English and French
- Previous experience working in a customer service role
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills with proven experience working with Excel
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Capability to multitask and handle competing priorities
- Ability and willingness to learn new technology, programs and processes
- Ability to adapt quickly to change
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills
- Strong team player and able to work independently
- Basic knowledge in SQL statements is considered an asset
