**Job description**
**Position Summary**:
We have an immediate position open for a **Administrative and Sales Assistant** who will be a part of the team at our ever growing, fast-paced Wholesale and Retail firm.
We are looking for someone who is **motivated to work hard and who is excited to have the opportunity to grow within our Admin and Warehouse Operations Individual who is eager to take on challenges and help the company grow**

**Additional Skills**
- Sales and little bit of accounting for book keeping (Quickbooks Software) etc.
- Experience in Garage Doors, Entry Door and Window industry will be an asset.

- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer sales enquiries
- Warehouse
- Compile data, statistics and other information
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
