**We are currently seeking a bilingual HR Coordinator to join our team.**

The Human Resources Coordinator will collaborate with the Resolute Human Resources team, offering support across various functions including Employee Relations, Recruitment, Health & Safety, Training & Development, and more as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development of creative recruitment campaigns targeted to attract new talent across all brands.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for Recruitment and Onboarding processes.
- Support Training & Development function including administering the LMS and assisting in translating course materials.
- Provide internal client groups and employees with support services for all inquiries and requests for HR-related matters.
- Support the Health & Safety program for all brands.
- Contribute to ongoing Human Resources projects such as onboarding, orientation, employee handbook, etc.
- Assist with the electronic filing system for the administration of employee files.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as required.
- Assist with data entry in our HRIS.
- Other duties required as the position evolves.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- CPHR certification would be considered an asset.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and French.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR-related software
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to respond promptly and professionally to HR inquiries and requests.

Cette personne collaborera avec l’équipe des ressources humaines de Resolute, apportant un soutien dans diverses fonctions, notamment les relations avec les employés, le recrutement, la santé et la sécurité, la formation et le développement, et d’autres fonctions au besoin.

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Participer à la création de campagnes de recrutement originales visant à attirer de nouveaux talents, pour toutes les marques.
- Piloter des initiatives d’amélioration continue des processus de recrutement et d’accueil et intégration.
- Soutenir le service de formation et de développement, notamment en ce qui concerne le système de gestion de l’apprentissage (LMS) et la traduction des supports de cours.
- Fournir des services de soutien aux groupes de clients internes et aux employés pour toutes les demandes de renseignements et questions liées aux ressources humaines.
- Soutenir le programme de santé et de sécurité à travers toutes les marques.
- Contribuer aux projets en cours dans le domaine des ressources humaines, tels que l’accueil et l’intégration, l’orientation, le manuel des employés, etc.
- Aider à la gestion des dossiers des employés avec le système d’archivage électronique.
- Fournir un soutien administratif général à l’équipe en fonction des besoins.
- Aider à l’entrée de données dans notre logiciel de gestion des ressources humaines.
- Autres tâches requises en fonction de l’évolution du poste.

**Exigences**:

- Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Le titre de CRHA est un atout.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais et du français, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.
