Rental Manager

We are seeking a **Rental Manager **to oversee our rental operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient rental processes. If you have experience in vehicle inventory management and possess strong organizational skills, we invite you to join our dynamic team.
**Rental Management Responsibilities**:
- Provide exceptional customer service through the development of relationships and delivery of administrative support by auditing and processing customer transactions within targeted turnaround times
- Data entry of customer agreements, ensuring accuracy and turnaround times are met; Open and close all rental contracts; Ensure Rental agreements are signed and returned; Ensure insurance is obtained and verified
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure the customer process is seamless; Ensure timely follow up/support with customers by obtaining required documentation
- Enter information into various systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Resolve customer inquiries by taking a proactive approach and providing a meaningful and positive experience
- Coordinate with Inventory Manager to fulfill requests with precision and efficiency to ensure accuracy with customers’ requirements
- Provide the highest standard of customer service and continued excellence in productivity
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts; Market to potential corporate clients
- Ensure incoming and outgoing rental vehicles are licensed accordingly
- Monitor GPS tracking platform for service/location alerts, mileage, etc
- Maintain proper fleet inventory & condition; Add, remove and edit inventory; Conduct rental inventory audits
- Complete vehicle inspections upon return for damage, fuel, mileage, etc; Coordinate the cleaning and maintenance of vehicles with Inventory Manager
- Maintain rental accounting across various platforms; Manage A/R accounts
- Handle insurance claims related to rental vehicles; Manage tickets, fines, tolls charges, km overage, fuel, etc and ensure customer is charged
- Ensure positive revenue generation and customer satisfaction
- Maintain federal compliance with Transport Canada regulations and safety standards including company policies
- Notify the General Manager with any inventory concerns that need to be addressed; Ensure that all customer complaints are acted upon; Identify areas of improvement & failures
- Work as a team player with fellow staff members to optimize productivity

Pay: $50,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
