**FULL TIME RENTAL AND LEASING COORDINATOR POSITION - METRO TRUCK HAMILTON LOCATION.**

The Metro Truck Group is a full-service centre for all heavy truck and trailer needs. As our trusted brand continues to evolve, we are looking for a Rental and Leasing Coordinator to join our Metro Truck Leasing and Rentals division in Hamilton The Rental and Leasing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the truck rental and leasing operations, ensuring smooth processes, exceptional customer service, and efficient management of the MTL fleet.

**Duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of available trucks for rental and leasing
- Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of the truck fleet to ensure safe and reliable operation
- Manage the vehicle servicing schedule, working closely with Metro Truck service department(s)
- Provide full-circle client management with customers to understand their truck rental and leasing needs, providing expert guidance and recommendations
- Process rental and leasing agreements, ensuring accurate documentation, terms, and payment details
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally, aiming to exceed their expectations
- Maintain accurate records of rental and leasing transactions, including contracts, payments, and customer information
- Track and manage the movement of trucks to and from various Metro Truck locations, ensuring timely drop off and pickups
- Uphold strong communication, organization and time management skills; ability to interact effectively with customers and all levels of staff
- Foster a cooperative and positive workplace environment
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures as set out by the Metro Truck Group of companies
- General housekeeping duties

**Education & Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in fleet management, logistics coordination, or a related field considered a strong asset
- Developed computer literacy skills, with experience using Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- A valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- While performing the duties of this Job, the Rental and Leasing Coordinator can expect to: sit, stand, bend, and walk the yard as required
