Office Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for all office-related inquiries and requests
- Manage the front desk, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Perform basic accounting functions including A/R collections and bank deposits
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Ensure the office is organized and tidy at all times - Organize staff events, lunches and holiday parties
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
