**Manager of Positive Practices**

**SKILLS** is a non-profit organization which provides a wide range of community-based supports to people with disabilities.

We are accepting resumes for a **Manager of Positive Practices **position effective May 6th.

This is a full-time permanent position based on a 37.5 hour work week an on-call weekends on a rotational basis. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing documentation, medical running records, and human resources to meet individual support needs while providing support and supervision to a variety of teams. The Manager will attend meetings in the community, monitor payroll for teams, and attend annual Quality Assurance meetings. Managers provide ongoing guidance to employees in direct supervisory roles.

Starting salary range is $74,000 to $77,000/year and is commensurate with education and experience. SKILLS offers a competitive benefits package. The position includes 4 weeks vacation plus an additional 5 days of time in lieu. A vehicle is required, along with adequate insurance. The successful applicant must provide a current clear Criminal Record Check with the Vulnerable Sector Search.
