**Manager of Community Supports**

**SKILLS** is a non-profit organization which provides a wide range of community-based supports to people with disabilities.

We are accepting resumes for a **Manager of Community Supports **position effective May 6th.

This is a full-time permanent position based on a 37.5 hour work week with the possibility of on-call weekend work. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing fiscal, physical, and human resources to meet individual support needs while providing support and supervision to a variety of teams. Managers provide ongoing guidance to employees in direct supervisory roles.

Starting salary range is $74,000 to $77,000/year and is commensurate with education and experience. SKILLS offers a competitive benefits package. The position includes 4 weeks vacation plus an additional 5 days of time in lieu. A vehicle is required, along with adequate insurance. The successful applicant must provide a current clear Criminal Record Check with the Vulnerable Sector Search.
