Position Summary

The Administrator, Sales Operations & Finance is responsible for the daily administration tasks and sales fulfillment duties within the Sales Operations and Finance teams. The Administrator is an enthusiastic, professional, respectful, motivated, and resourceful team player, who can also work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Accountant to troubleshoot payment issues & ensure the accuracy of product settings
- Inventory control:

- Managing product information and inventory availability in reservation software
- Maintaining lift ticket and snow school inventory
- Management of supplier extranets and business-to-business data input
- Lift ticket administration, ensuring all bookings are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Quality Control, ensuring the accuracy of bookings while minimizing the risk of lost revenue
- Conduct regular inventory and online audits to ensure online functionality is performing as expected
- Assist with the reconciliation and processing of Inntopia Payables and Receivables
- Respond in a timely manner to inquiries generated through the Sales Operations mailbox
- Daily administration and support tasks as outlined by the Manager, Sales Operations, and Accountant
- Daily cash-out processing of payment, credit, and refund queues

- Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Internet browsers).
- Commitment to customer service, continually providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
