Administrative Manager

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
- Scheduling and managing calendars for Directors.
**The Requirements**:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (CANTONESE is a plus) - MUST
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, including excellent telephone manner.
- High level of initiative and the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Retention bonus
