**Warranty Administrator Required**

**Allan Dale Trailers & RVs **is expanding our team due to recent growth in business and are seeking a full-time administrative individual to complete warranty paperwork and processing.

**As an active member of the Service team, you will be required to**:

- communicate with manufacturers regarding warranty claims
- obtain estimates for repair hours from the service department or shop foreman
- invoice manufacturer for all authorized warranty work
- communicate with the service department on the status of warranty claims
- prepare warranty repair orders and ensure proper completion, accuracy, and legibility according to policies and procedures
- analyze problems, identify trends, and develop strategies for maximizing claim processes
- professional attitude and service orientation
- ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- proven ability to pay careful attention to detail; ensuring accuracy
- ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong admin & organization skills
- High level of Commitment.

*Warranty, Parts and/or RV experience would be considered an asset
