Refurbishment and Assembly Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and supervise a team of assembly workers and warehouse staff;- Ensure skill and motivation among workers by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback;- Ensure a positive and collaborative work environment is established;- Ensure products meet the required quality standards by developing and implementing refurbishment procedures;- Ensure efficient use of resources, including time and materials, during the refurbishment process;- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure product specifications are met;- Supervise the assembly of components and finished products, guaranteeing precision and compliance with quality standards;- Optimize productivity by implementing efficient assembly line processes;- Monitor inventory levels of assembly components and coordinate with procurement to maintain adequate stock levels;- Supervise warehouse operations, which involves receiving, storing, and shipping materials and finished products;- Establish inventory control measures to guarantee accuracy and prevent shortages;- Optimize the warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency;- Supervise all facility operations, including maintenance, security, and cleanliness;- Coordinate with external service providers for services related to the facility;- Ensure compliance with regulations and implement safety protocols;- Ensure that quality control measures are established and enforced throughout the refurbishment and assembly processes;- Conduct regular inspections and audits to detect and address any issues that affect product quality;- Implement initiatives for continuous improvement to boost efficiency and decrease defects;- Collaborate with production planning and scheduling teams to ensure that refurbished and assembled products are delivered on time;- Manage the allocation of resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to meet production objectives.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, or a related field;- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment;- Proven experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing or refurbishment setting;- Strong knowledge of refurbishment, assembly processes, warehouse, and facility management;- Excellent leadership and communication skills;- Problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset;- Familiarity with quality management systems.
