Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Mettler Toledo is seeking to hire a Product Project Coordinator for its Mississauga location who will be responsible for overseeing the scope of his/her assigned product projects to ensure they are delivered within the budgeted time and material costs, on schedule, and meet the required customer specifications and product quality standards. Working closely with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Production and Service, this role will be part of an informed operational team that will communicate constantly to ensure the smooth delivery of supported products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate specific product projects through a defined end to end process from planning through to implementation
- Support in facilitating the definition of the project's scope, schedules, budgets, goals and deliverables
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and, provides direction and support to project team
- Monitor and report the progress on the projects to all stakeholders
- Analyse reports, measurements and external benchmarking to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Support activities for an assigned group of Field Sales Organization and end-users by providing the appropriate level of support for product and/or service inquiries, order review, order status, credit/invoicing issues, equipment returns, and problem resolution
- Assure database integrity by validating and correcting the data housed within our Customer Relationship Management System at every practical opportunity
- Support all business related activities using the customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Other duties and tasks as assigned

What You Need to Succeed
- A diploma or Associate's degree in a technical field is preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills are required
- Must be process oriented and detailed, someone who has the ability to work with data and is keen on project work
- Prior experience in a customer facing role is a plus
- Motivated, resourceful, and independently drives projects forward through creative problem-solving
- Must be a bilingual in French and English
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
