Job Summary

The System Analyst will support the development of software solutions for mission and safety-critical Air Traffic Management Software. The System Analyst’s activities will focus on software solutioning; completing designs and specifications to meet specific operational requirements. System Analyst’s activities shall be in accordance with all Corporate Safety and Quality policies and practices, and the Engineering Safety and Quality policies and practices. Work normally involves providing third-level technical and operational systems support, advice, and assistance to clients.

Responsabilités principales:

- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les technologues, les développeurs et les spécialistes de la mise à l’essai dans un environnement de développement de logiciels Agile.
- Cibler et évaluer les défauts et participer aux activités de gestion connexes.
- Assurer le maintien d’une qualité et d’une précision élevées jusqu’à la nouvelle version logicielle, notamment en respectant toutes les normes et tous les processus de sécurité et de qualité applicables.
- Veiller à ce que les activités du projet soient réalisées en temps opportun et conformément aux processus établis.
- Élaborer et tenir à jour des plans détaillés, concevoir des systèmes et des cahiers des charges pour la fourniture et la mise en œuvre de systèmes conformes aux exigences opérationnelles, techniques et relatives à la sécurité.
- Soutenir les spécialistes de la mise à l’essai dans la rédaction et/ou la validation de plans, de cas et de scénarios d’essai nécessaires à la validation opérationnelle.
- Soutenir les activités de certification logicielle.
- Offrir une assistance rapide sur demande lorsque l’étude des problèmes techniques de systèmes opérationnels en service est requise.
- Rechercher des solutions pour les composants en fin de vie.
- Fournir des conseils en matière d’exigences fonctionnelles, notamment en ce qui concerne les normes, les utilisateurs et la sécurité; aider à la réalisation des analyses de rentabilité; contribuer à la conception matérielle et théorique des projets; et diriger la mise en œuvre.
- Participer à la conception et à la mise en œuvre des changements et des améliorations au service à la clientèle et/ou en assurer la coordination.

Exigences du poste

Formation:

- Diplôme d’études secondaires.
- Diplôme d’une université ou d’un collège reconnu avec une spécialisation acceptable en génie informatique, en génie électrique, en génie des systèmes, en informatique ou en systèmes d’information.

Expérience:

- Au moins deux (2) ans d’expérience en ingénierie des systèmes.
- Une expérience des systèmes informatiques et/ou de la programmation est considérée comme un atout.

Connaissances:

- Connaissance des processus de développement et d’essai de données et de logiciels, de la conception préliminaire jusqu’à l’essai officiel et à l’acceptation.
- Connaissance de la théorie et des principes de la science de l’ingénierie et des pratiques dans son domaine spécialisé de l’ingénierie.
- Une bonne connaissance pratique et des compétences manifestes en matière de méthodologies de gestion de projets sont considérées comme un atout.

- Aptitude à mettre à profit ses connaissances et son expérience pour concevoir de nouvelles solutions ainsi que de nouveaux concepts et plans.
- Aptitude à saisir et à documenter clairement les exigences.
- Aptitude à cerner les zones problématiques ainsi qu’à obtenir des données et à les analyser.
- Aptitude à concevoir et à mettre en œuvre des solutions efficaces.
- Aptitude à établir des relations de travail efficaces avec les collègues et les associés.
- Aptitude à communiquer efficacement, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
