Job Overview

Schnell Plastics Limited is a leading manufacturer seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and services for our global supply chain. This role requires effective communication and negotiation skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.


Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating contracts, and developing specifications for materials and supplies. Key responsibilities include purchasing general and specialized parts, managing logistics for delivery schedules, and resolving any supply chain issues. International travel may be required for supplier meetings and contract negotiations.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Previous work experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Familiarity with procurement software and tools
  • Ability to analyze and compare vendor quotations
  • Experience managing contracts and supplier relationships

Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include opportunities for professional development and career growth, as well as travel allowances and international business exposure.
