**About Us**

We're a handyperson company operating all around Greater Vancouver. We are currently seeking a Marketing Administrator Assitant who will be responsible for answering phone calls, booking appointments, invoicing, bookkeeping, organizing client account records, and managing our Social Media Accounts.

**This is a part-time, contract position at a non-negotiable hourly rate of $17.50. The position is Remote; however, you must be based in the Greater Vancouver area.**

Work days and hours are very flexible.

**Responsibilities**

As an Administrative Assistant, you can expect your tasks to include:

- Booking Appointments
- Onboarding New Customers and Assisting Existing Customers
- Coordinating Appointments with Various Team Members and Customers
- Generating Invoices
- Utilize Internal Software to Track and Management Appointments
- Managing Our Businesses Social Media Accounts
- Creating Marketing Material Using Canva
- Bookkeeping

**Skills**
- Strong Organizational Skills.
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communications Skills.
- Ability to Learn New Systems and Follow Procedures.
- Ability to Maintain Professionalism Under Pressure.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
