**Educational Coordinator **/ **Administrative Assistant**
We are seeking both experienced and reliable full-staff who is available to commute to **North Vancouver **location (889 Harbourside Drive).
- Customer Service: Counselling students with their academic progress
- Communications: Phone/Text or in-person communication with clients
- Marketing: Introducing the programs offered
- Administrative Tasks: Printing and organizing curriculum materials, Confirming class schedules, etc.
- Opportunity to practice teaching skills and grow within our team

**Qualifications**:

- Must be available to work _**in-person **_at North Vancouver campus.
- Must speak **Mandarin** fluently (mandatory)
- Able to communicate in English
- Experience in admin related field is an asset, but not required, training will be provided
- Able to efficiently communicate with parents and staff
- Recommend to have Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices is an asset

**Work Hours**
- Qualified applicants should be available to work between **1:00pm** to **8:30pm** Monday through Saturday, with days scheduled according to the needs of the department.
- Working hours and/or days may vary according to the needs of the department.

**Pay**
- $19 per hour starting.
- We offer yearly reviews with growth opportunities, including the possibility of moving over to a full-time position after the probation period.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $19.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
