Agricorp is looking for a Divisional Coordinator to join the Program Delivery division. The Program Delivery division is responsible for the delivery of effective customer service and administration of Agricorp programs. Program Delivery consists of a number of departments including Regional Services, Claims Services, Underwriting and Account Services, Customer Care Services and Operations.

**The Role**:
The Divisional Coordinator provides executive-level coordination, administration, issues and relationship management support to the Senior Director and the division management team. The Divisional Coordinator participates and coordinates division planning activities and management team meetings, setting priorities and coordinating operational finances and resources. In this role, you will:

- Coordinate and participate in weekly division management meetings or planning activities
- Coordinate division-wide processes to track and amalgamate division operational finances (budgeting)
- Coordinate financial information and highlight discrepancies, escalating issues of significant scope and complexity to the Senior Director for resolution
- Ensures internal and external requests and inquiries to the Senior Director are handled promptly, discreetly and efficiently, demonstrating proactive problem solving and service excellence
- Maintain and manage the appointments calendar for the Senior Director, scheduling meetings with internal staff, management and senior Board or government officials as required
- Develop and maintain a system of information management (filing and retrieval) to support the confidential and sensitive nature of information
- Determine appropriate tracking needs and ensures that tracking reports of various types are kept up-to-date and appropriate staff are advised of issues related to anomalies, deadlines or missing information
- Undertake special projects to improve efficiencies, such as developing and documenting administrative procedures
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of staff and management within the division and across Agricorp

**Job status**: Permanent
**Salary**: $62,463 - $73,485
**Work status**: Full time in office and hybrid work arrangements are available
**Location**: Must live in Ontario to perform this role

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary degree in relevant course of study (Business Administration, Finance) or equivalent work experience
- 3 years progressive experience in administration coordination or process oriented roles
- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel and MS Office suites
- Experience with financial tracking, reporting and budget development
- Experience supporting a senior leader is an asset
- Experience is agricultural industry and public sector an asset
