**Job description**

**Customer service / Nursery Caretaker**

**Responsibilities include**:

- **Customer service, assist customers with inquires, provide **information **about products or services, and ensure a positive customer **experience**.**:

- **Engage with customers in a friendly and **professional **manner**:

- **Assist customers with product selection and communicate **effectively **with customers to address their needs and concerns**:

- **watering of nursery plant material**:

- **general care and Maintenance of the plants (dead heading, pricing, refill stock, etc.**:

- **Loading/Unloading Products**

**Required Experience**
- **prior **experience **in Customer service skills**:

- **Strong communication skills in English**:

- **Ability to analyze customer **inquiries **and provide **appropriatesolutions
- **Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions**:

- **Flexible schedule to work on weekends**

Only canadiates with relevant experience will be considered.

**Language**:

- English (required)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 weeks

Pay: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 36 per week
