**Marketing & Customer Service Assistant**

SCOPE: The Marketing & Customer Service Assistant provides customer service, administrative support to our sales team and office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
**Customer Service (general public)**:

- Oversee reception and showroom area, greeting visitors and staff
- Perform office administration duties such as ordering supplies

**Sales & Marketing Support**:

- Make and edit catalogue sheets with new pricing and product information for particular internal clients.
- Prepare presentations for meetings and create and maintain filing systems for each client and sales rep.
- Send product samples to clients on behalf of sales reps.
- Provide inventory and sales reports regularly to sales team.
- Provide any administrative and customer service support needed to sales rep and clients directly.

**Administrative Support**:

- Coordinate calendar and scheduling for meetings and travel.
- Act as point of contact between sales reps/clients and the General Manager.
- Drafting, formatting, proof reading written communications, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, price quotes, catalogue sheets.
- File and retrieve documents, records, reports.
- Send documentation, samples, etc. to appropriate addresses
- Handles daily mail and distributes the same to respective personnel.
- Handles other administrative tasks as directed by management.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, inclusive of Excel, Word and Outlook
- Marketing instinct and creative energy is an asset.
- Detail oriented with the ability to work collaboratively to achieve results.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, multi-tasking, time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with people at all levels within the organization
- Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills
