St. John Council for Ontario (SJCO) is a voluntary agency dedicated to improving the health, safety and quality of life of Canadians through training and community service. We are currently seeking a confident, energetic Customer Service/Accounting Assistant to join our Provincial Office.

**Essential Duties**:

- Provide administrative support for SJCO National Accounts
- Responsible for data entry of course reports from Clients
- Produce, print & distribute First Aid certificates and invoices
- Train and utilize CRM and Microsoft Dynamic Great Plains
- Ensure training records and files for Clients are maintained in a timely and orderly manner
- Provide administrative support to SJCO Branches regarding Accounts, advice/follow up any errors and process of billing
- Prepare monthly consolidated master invoices for National Accounts Clients
- Collection of overdue accounts
- Assist with reconciling outstanding National Accounts invoices for all Branches
- Respond to Branch and customer inquiries in timely manner
- Assist with various other duties as may be assigned by Supervisor or Director
- All other duties as assigned

**Knowledge, Skills, Education & Experience**:

- Post-secondary education with focus on accounting
- Working knowledge of accounting and computer software specifically Microsoft Great Plains
- Advanced knowledge of database software including Excel
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: both written and verbal
- Demonstrated problem-solving/analytical skills
