Real Estate Assistant

**The office location is Don Mills & 401 in Toronto. Very Competitive Remuneration. Working hours are 9 am to 5 pm Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.**
Social Media, BrokerBay, Real Estate Forms and **Toronto MLS** is required.
- Must have great proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products & Be Computer-Literate.
- Must have excellent English (verbal and written) communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years experience of working in a Real Estate Brokerage.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Collecting & assisting agents with all deals paperwork
- Effectively assisting agents and clients with any questions and concerns
- Creating, filing, organizing, and looking over important paperwork
- Work in cooperation with the Deal Secretary and Broker of Record
- And other administrative duties as required
