TForce Logistics is North America's leading same-day transport and logistics services company. Our dedicated courier service includes point-to-point delivery, fleet outsourcing, facilities management and custom transportation solutions. We are currently looking for the following professional to join our team:
**Branch Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure excellent customer relations are maintained at all times and foster a customer driven culture. This includes regular visits and contact with the top customers in the market.
- Maintain good human relations with Contractors, Union and employees.
- Ensure that SOP’s are followed and business rules are well communicated with operations staff (where applicable).
- Coordinate the selection and development of personnel in accordance with company procedures including development of succession planning through internal/external training.
- Meet or exceed financial plans as per the fiscal year budget.
- Develop and implement short and long-term plans with each department in the business center to achieve company goals.
- Generate revenue through implementation of a sales strategy, direct marketing, and strategic parternships.
- Monitor competitors in the marketplace with respect to human resources, sales, marketing, and operational procedures. Make adjustments where needed to maintain a leading edge in the marketplace.
- Oversee audits to ensure compliance with established standards in all aspects of the business including workplace safety & health.
- Analyze the needs of the branch regarding staff requirements, building and office needs, and to make recommendations to Director.
- Establish and authorize work schedules in the business center to meet customer requirements.
- Through strong leadership, ensure all managers and supervisors know and adhere to company policy/regulations.
- Conduct studies to clarify and/or correct procedural problems.
- Advise Regional Director of local problems, conditions, changes or other matters affecting the branch.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years experience in a Supervisory/Management capacity in the transportation sector
- Experience dealing with a Unionized environment.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to lead a team and make appropriate decisions.
- Combination of skills and experiences that may include prior industry experience, general management, sales and other relevant background.
- Maintain a high degree of self-discipline.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal & computer skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
