The box office staff will deliver exceptional customer service to patrons visiting the Box Office on game days by selling tickets and assisting guests in accessing their previously purchased tickets online.

**_
What you’ll do:_**
- Assist guests with purchasing tickets to TD Place ticketed events;
- Process payment for tickets via POS machines;
- Help guests access mobile tickets on their phones;
- Answer customer questions regarding TD Place venue, policies, and procedures using supervisor and managers as a resource when necessary;
- Welcoming guests in a polite and friendly manner;
- Balance a till at the end of every shift.

**_ What’s needed:_**
- Any previous sales / retail sales experience is an asset;
- Strong communication skills, ability to interact with customers;
- Problem-solving skills, working through ticketing-related problems with customers;
- Very strong computer literacy and aptitude is essential;
- Familiarity with both Apple and Android apps and cell phone technology;
- The ability to stand for extended periods;
- Bilingualism is considered an asset.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
