This position is responsible for the Club’s day to day Building Maintenance operations, equipment operations and repair, and upkeep of the Grounds and Parking Lot areas. The Maintenance Operator ensures that all areas are maintained in a safe and healthy manner, placing the Royal Glenora Club at the highest standard of a private member club.

**Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- To monitor and oversee HVAC equipment Daily and coordinate maintenance scheduling
- Delivers outstanding service to members at all times; addressing member concerns immediately; seeking input on an ongoing basis, taking appropriate action on all suggestions and concerns
- Follows proper work procedures, performs duties in a safe manner and observes all rules and regulations and cooperates in creating a safe, secure, healthy work environment
- Ensures that the building and grounds are maintained
- Troubleshoots and performs minor repairs on heating, cooling, and ventilation systems; on plumbing systems; on electrical systems; and on appliances
- Performs routine maintenance jobs and repairs
- General administration, proper inventory recording, accurate paperwork
- Participates in keeping all areas of the facility neat and tidy during operations.
- Monitors all factors regarding safety and the security in the Facility.
- Maintains all adjacent areas to the arena exterior including entranceways.
- Assists with snow removal when required.
- Personal/professional conduct demonstrates RGC Core Values and Code of Conduct. Demonstrates ethical principles in all daily activities.
- Assumes personal responsibility for professional development. Actively promotes development of self and others through participation in professional organizations, educational opportunities, etc.
- Other responsibilities as assigned

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
