Lone Wolf seeks an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join its growing Marketing team. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you’ll be responsible for developing and leading go-to-market strategies for our leading platform of SaaS solutions for the real estate industry.

You’ll be the in-house expert and advocate for one of three product families—Promote, Transact, Operate—able to translate technical product capabilities into real-world benefits for our customers through product positioning, releases, launches, and ongoing demand generation campaigns. This role serves as a critical liaison between our Strategy, Product, and Marketing teams, helping bring our company vision, product roadmap, and marketing programs together to increase revenue, retention, and brand awareness.

This position calls for a positive collaborator and creative thinker, a person who is adept at satisfying stakeholders while also trusting—and realizing—their own unique vision. With a major platform release forthcoming for Lone Wolf in 2024, this role offers a tremendous opportunity to achieve great results and affect positive change in the real estate industry.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonates with our audience of real estate agents, brokers, and enterprise (franchise, MLS, association) leaders
- Participate in redefining our product portfolio and packaging in collaboration with product, marketing, and strategy peers
- Lead go-to-market/product release planning
- Work with strategy, product, marketing, and sales leaders to identify opportunities for campaigns, products, and audience segmentation
- Provide market intelligence and persona insights to support the development of demand generation campaigns
- Collaborate with Demand Generation and Brand colleagues in Marketing to create content for brand awareness and demand generation campaigns, including value pitch decks, thought leadership, content marketing, landing pages, and much more
- Collaborate with the revenue organization to enable sales representatives with clear value propositions, competitive differentiation, messaging, and tools
- Collaborate with operations organization to understand factors contributing to churn and improve retention/lifetime value
- Support organizational efforts to improve customer satisfaction and understand the competitive landscape
- Conduct market and customer research on industry, personas, potential purchasing processes for the products/platform

**WHAT YOU NEED**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years product marketing experience in B2B SaaS solutions
- Deep knowledge of the real estate industry preferred, but not required
- Experience with product marketing principles
- Proficiency in translating features and functionalities into real-world benefits and value propositions through positioning/messaging
- Proficiency in product packaging and bundling
- Experience developing go-to-market strategies and product briefs
- Strong knowledge of marketing, strategy, and KPIs
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with the proven ability to develop creative solutions and adapt messaging to different audiences for different goals
- Ecommerce experience an asset but not required
- Creative thinker with strong decision-making and organizational skills
- Collaborator who can work positively with a range of stakeholders across the company, mitigating potential disagreements and finding common ground
- A marketing professional who loves new challenges, finding creative solutions, pushing forward to get results, and doing the work, big or small
