If you are, look no further as CanaDream is seeking a Call Center Agent to assist guests with their RV booking and answer their questions in a courteous and efficient manner. This is an enriching opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and supportive team.

**Job Duties**:You will be responsible for the following**:
- Helping Guests select the right RV for their trip, moving efficiently together to a successful booking.
- Contacting Guests to thank them, soliciting feedback, and /or inviting them to be our guest again.
- Confirming Guest reservations and processing payments.
- Providing service and support to on-road Guests when needed.
- Promptly forwarding service inquires to our on-call technical staff.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent, proven customer or guest service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and interpersonal skills.
- Able to adjust your work schedule; increased Guest activity can require an adjustment in work schedules.
- Able to work weekends and holidays.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
