The All-New Kelowna Truck and RV is looking to add an experienced **Subprime Finance Manager**. As part of the Steve Marshall Group, with 10 dealerships and growing, this opportunity has growth and potential written all over it for the right person

We have 24 lenders, including 8 different manufacturers. and we also have our own in house financing portfolio. We will carry up to 40 Trucks and SUV'S on the lot at any given time and we have access to over 900 Used vehicles along with the ability to sell 8 Major Manufacturers of New Vehicle Inventory including Ram Trucks, Ford Trucks/ SUV's, Mazda, Nissan, Lincoln, Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge.

We also have over 8 lines of RV's and to choose from, including Outdoors RV, Sonic, Stratus, Sport trek, Nexus, Bighorn, Aspen Trail and Coleman to choose from and we also carry or consign all makes and lines. Many of the RV's can carry up to $40k Negative equity making creative deals much easier to get done.

To be successful in this role, you must have:
2 years of Previous Finance Management Experience

Prefer people that excel in team environments, that know how to set goals as a team and work together towards exceeding those goals. Think of Team Sports at the highest level.

**Salary**:

- Commission; expected to be $140,000 to $200,000 per year depending on experience and results
