About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Finance Expert to join our team at Bank of Montreal. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping customers achieve their dream of homeownership.

Job Description:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with referral networks and partners to drive new mortgage business and expand BMO's market share.
  • Implement targeted marketing programs and promotions to attract potential customers.
  • Analyze customer needs, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice and guidance.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and requests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Liaise with various teams and customers to ensure smooth completion of home financing applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with consumer needs, industry developments, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a related field, combined with a post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • In-depth understanding of the mortgage lending process and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Functional knowledge of personal banking, investments, trust services, business, and commercial lending, as well as cash management.
  • Strong knowledge of the broader real estate industry and mortgage market.

Compensation Package:

The total compensation package will vary based on the position's pay type and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, and other perks and rewards. BMO offers health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
