**Sales Manager’s Responsibilities**:
- Achieve specific targets as set out by the General Manager/Owner.
- Implement successful sales strategies which contribute to the Sales Team achieving monthly goals.
- Accountable for converting online, phone and in-person leads.
- Develop a strong sales team while encouraging a positive atmosphere and strong working relationships.
- Ensure that compliance is met with company policies and the Vehicle Sales Authority.
- Encourage professional development within a team environment ensuring sales staff are held accountable.
**Sales Manager’s Skills**:
- Communication skills: Must be able to communicate effectively in English with all clients and staff (other language is an asset). Verbal and written skills must be strong.
- Teamwork skills: Must have the ability to work efficiently in a team setting and as a deal closer.
- Computer skills: Ability to utilize a Dealer Management Software (training will be provided).
- Time Management: Ability to manage priorities, handle multiple tasks and meet required targets.
**Other Skills/Traits We Are Looking For**:
- Highly self-motivated, driven and proactive.
- Problem solver with a positive mind set.
- Understanding the importance of Customer Service & Satisfaction.
- Energetic and enthusiastic.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English, other language is an asset.
- Valid Sales License issued by the Vehicle Sales Authority (can be obtained upon hiring).
- Previous experience in auto sales is required.
**Compensation/Benefits**:
- We offer a competitive pay plan with several benefits. Our pay plan includes commission and volume bonuses.
- Medical & dental health provided after probation period.
- Vacation pay provided.
This is a full-time position.
**Salary**: $100,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
