**We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team**

The Administrative Assistant is expected to provide administrative support to the faculty, leadership, and management in general, as well as the marketing team. This may include but is not limited to, data collection and processing, editing, organizing, and student file management, as well as liaison with relevant educational authorities.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for talented, supportive, and personable team members to join and grow with us.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A Bachelor degree, as a minimum level of educational background, is required;
- One year of administrative training or work experience is preferred;
- The bilingual capability in English and Chinese is highly preferred;

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- A degree majoring in Education would be an asset;
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, experience communicating with non-native English speakers;
- Capacity to provide accurate assistance, information, and instructions to students and staff in a helpful, friendly, and professional manner;
- Highly organized and detail-oriented;
- Ability to multitask and effectively handle multiple deadlines and projects; and
- Strong computer skills, including Qucikbook software, Microsoft Word and Outlook. Some experience using database systems is considered an asset.

**Job responsibilities**
- General administrative duties;
- Support and assist the leadership in handling and processing school documentation and student files;
- Perform daily sorting, filing, scanning, and archiving of school files or student documents and records;
- Correspond with team colleagues and students to ensure that required documentation has been well handled;
- Process documentation and information from students, authorities and partners;
- Maintain office supplies and inventory;
- Basic accounting skills or experience is an asset;
- Perform other duties, as requested

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour
