**Specific Skills**

Booking, scheduling and allocating doctor’s schedules; Consulting with the doctors/endoscopists and Medical Director when necessary to determine patient’s suitability; Knowledge of medical terminologies Record and relay information; Schedule and confirm appointments; Provide directory assistance; Obtain and process information required to provide services; Interview patients to obtain case histories; Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas; Determine and establish office procedures and routines; Maintain and modifying confidential medical electronic/paper filing/ retrieval methods, systems, and/or formats; Performing cross-functional responsibilities, as assigned; Complete insurance and other claim forms; Receive and issue payments; Maintaining written and/or electronic calendar/schedules; Providing support with small and/or informal meetings/events; Relay service to persons with disabilities.
