**Position**: Administrative Coordinator

**Summary**

Responsible for carrying out all company goals and objectives as it relates to this position. This is a full time Monday
- Friday in office position. Responsible for daily admin duties of the office such as preparing supplier purchase orders, receiving and prepping shipments, and general administrative support for the company.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare supplier purchase orders and track status and delivery dates
- Coordinate receiving duties for the office
- Work with operations to help maintain inventory tracking system
- Coordinate picking and shipping product from warehouse with project team
- Submit and track returned material authorizations (RMAs) with vendors and clients
- Support for operations and accounting as required
- Assist with project documentation for project close out
- Other typical office duties as we are a team environment

**Accountability/Reporting**
The Administrative Coordinator will report to the Operations, Director. Secondary accountability will be to other management team members, employees and customers of the company.

**Qualifications**
- Strong organization skills and attention detail
- Time management skills, effectively manage time to meet deadline while adapting to change priorities
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse groups.
- Superior customer service skills to deal with both internal and external customers
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Minimum of a High school Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience with office administrative & purchasing functions preferred
- Some lifting of objects is required for receiving/preparing shipments. Steel toe safety boots are required.
- Experience in the audiovisual industry is an asset
