**Role Description**:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mississauga, Ontario for an Administrative Office Coordinator with the following responsibilities:

- Work collaboratively with other departments to assist with critical tasks and to provide administrative support
- Manage multiple priorities effectively
- Manage the client intake process and employee onboarding
- Organize and maintain files, conducting research, and preparing reports
- Provide bookkeeping support and maintain related records
- Prepare and coordinate correspondences and presentations
- Coordinate meetings and travels
- Provide general support to management and perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- College Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related fields
- 2-3 years of experience in office administration or office coordination role
- Good understanding of bookkeeping tasks, ability to maintain accounts payables and receivables, QuickBooks skill is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Experience managing tasks, assignments, and booking meetings and travel arrangements
- Must be computer literate using internet, Microsoft Office, especially Excel, the internet, and social networks
- Ability to take initiative and prioritize work to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service oriented with a professional and friendly demeanour
- Experience with project management and event planning is an asset.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
