**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide variety of administrative and support tasks to the Private Wealth Management
- team, including managing client files, processing transactions, scheduling appointments, and coordinating client meetings;
- Assist with the preparation of client presentations and reports, including gathering and organizing relevant information and materials;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including financial and personal information;
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, including those related to client privacy and confidentiality;
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner;
- Assist with the management of the Private Wealth Management department, including organizing and maintaining office systems and supplies;
- Liaise with our marketing department on client communications and other business development initiatives;
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Private Wealth Management team;
- This position requires the highest level of work ethic and confidentiality;

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Associates or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred;
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative, operational or sales support role;
- Bilingual French and English;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems;
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work;
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion;
- Experience in the financial services industry is definitely a plus;
- IIROC Licensing or willingness to obtain an IIROC licensing is expected for this position;
- Bilingual in French and English is an asset.
