**Who We're Looking For**:
FastSpring is currently seeking a skilled, self-motivated, and energetic Technical Operations Manager to join our small but nimble technology and security team. You are a confident self-starter, who is self-motivated and passionate about growing your career in internal software support and security at the enterprise level. You pride yourself on being a dynamic team player who has the drive to continuously learn, be comfortable being uncomfortable, and resolve to bounce back from setbacks. You understand that end-user downtime results in loss of productivity.
This position will require a jack-of-all trades mentality. Primary responsibilities include building and deploying laptops and solving end-user issues. Other tasks will go deep into automation and integration, supporting the mission-critical corporate information systems and communication platforms that "keep the lights on".
**Responsibilities**:
- Centrally manage and maintain employee laptops (Mac and PC) that FastSpring provides for corporate use, including security needs, for all tiers of support.
- Manage the SaaS platforms and technologies that govern access and collaboration to our team.
- Deliver elegant, integrated solutions, utilizing automation and simplicity as much as possible.
- Facilitating productivity by making incremental improvements to corporate information platforms and processes.
- Assisting with an annual enterprise-wide audit of software to assess redundancies and abandoned platforms leading to sunsetting technical debt.
- Leading the semiannual internal accounts audit, as required by auditors.
- Secondary role with PCI, SOC2, and BDO audits, with potentially an opportunity to own at least one in 2024.
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP) assessment.
- Co-leading the insourcing initiative, using JAMF and Microsoft Intune.
- Improving Jira for the Technical Operations use case.
- Assist on prompt delivery of security audits as required.
- Assist with planning and executing operational and strategic goals for FastSpring IT.
- Own and improve the onboarding experience and offboarding for our global workforce.
- Secondary contact for on premise corporate technology, such as in office switches, firewalls, WAP's, TV's, etc.
- Occasional off-hours support as required.
- 5+ years of experience with managing Apple integrated infrastructure is required
- 2+ years of Microsoft ecosystem admin experience at the enterprise level, including, Active Directory, Office 365, and centralized end-point management.
- 2+ years of experience with managing G Workspace and Slack.
- Demonstration of key concepts of engineering standardization of end-point builds and software entitlements utilizing centralized solutions. Additional Okta exposure would be beneficial.
- Curating and drafting purposeful end-user documentation for self-service help.
- Ensuring standardization for operating system updates and patches, AV consistency, and hardening of end-points.
- Understanding of life-cycle management of assets (TCO).
- Eastern time zone strongly preferred for enhanced global coverage.

Approximate salary range: $60,000 - $105,000
