We are a boutique law firm specializing in immigration and citizenship law. Our lawyers are licensed to practice law in both Canada and the United States. We currently have one position available for a bright and hardworking Legal Administrative Assistant. This is a rewarding, collegial, and fast paced work environment.

The Legal Administrative Assistant should have the ability to prepare and complete various administrative duties in relation to Immigration matters including, but not limited to:
Creating and maintaining client case lists.

Entering data on immigration forms (both paper and online).

Inputting reminders, updates and saving correspondence.

Obtaining government filing fee payments.

Filing, faxing, scanning, and copying.

Arranging document delivery and couriers.

Scheduling internal and external meetings.

Assisting with routine correspondence.

Conducting legal research.

Performing other administrative tasks as required.

Minimum of one year of Canadian or U.S. immigration experience.

Be a self-starter who is capable of working both independently and in a group setting.

Have excellent attention to detail Possess excellent oral & written skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Proficient computer skills such as, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
