**Overview**:

- Full stack virtualization of the 5G NR CU and DU
- CRAN & DRAN configurations
- COTS HW including L1 accelerators where needed
- Cloud Native infrastructure based on Kubernetes/Docker for SW based on micro-services and containers
- Open interfaces (e.g. F1, X2/Xn, A1, 01, LLS )

**What you will do**:
Be actively engaged in the architecture definition and proactively drive the integration of multiple functions on the Virtual DU side, in particular:

- Technically lead and represent the Cloud RAN vDU Staging Continuous Integration (CI) Team
- Plan and report Cloud RAN vDU Staging integration deliverables
- Build, coach and motivate the team to achieve an open and encouraging team-atmosphere
- Support the team in removing obstacles, continuously develop and refine current processes and WoW
- Respond when Staging pipeline is down and allocate resource to support/fix the pipelines in timely manner
- Continuously provide feedback on Staging test channel inventory and test scope running in pipeline to Test Management
- Influence scope covered in soaking pipelines, for safe introduction of tools and platforms
- Ensure connectivity between data pipelines and monitoring dashboards, gating loops
- Promote Intelligent analysis (AI/ML) of production environment data to optimize the CI flow
- Facilitate effective meetings and Agile ceremonies like regular scrums, team meetings and retrospectives
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and Staging pipeline demos to wider audience

**You will bring**:
**Technical**:

- 2-3 years of work experience in Wireless Integration/Test and/or Cloud Native Product Integration/Test
- 1-2 years of work experience as a Senior Integrator (related to LTE/NR)
- BSc or Msc level in Electrical or Computer Engineering or Software related field
- Proven technical knowledge in the CI/CD and Cloud RAN containers domain (working with Jenkins, Spinnaker, GIT, Gerrit, Docker, Kubernetes, or similar tools)
- Proven technical knowledge in 4G/5G and RAN Architectures
- Extensive hands on CI/CD and test automation experience
- Working knowledge of industry AI/ML tools and 3PP software
- Experience with multiple programming languages (C, C++, Matlab, Java, Python, etc)
- Expert understanding of the Linux ecosystem and with Linux kernel
- Understanding of cloud native design and test principles and developing through the cloud native development pipeline principles and tools
- RHOCP and/or CNIS experience (installation, config admin, deployment, troubleshooting) an advantage
