**Poste: Stratégie de test Cloud RAN - Développeur principal**

EU (Engineering Unit) Cloud RAN, qui fait partie de la Business Unit Networks, vise à travailler en étroite collaboration avec nos clients, en se concentrant sur la fourniture de solutions Open RAN. Nous accélérons le développement de nos produits grâce à de nouvelles idées nouvelles. Nous remettons en question le flux établi avec de nouvelles méthodologies et sommes actifs dans les communautés open source. Notre département Expérience Client veille stratégiquement à ce que les solutions Cloud RAN répondent aux attentes de nos clients.

**À propos de cette opportunité**

Élaborer et maintenir la feuille de route de la stratégie de test Cloud RAN et la méthodologie de test associée, et la mettre en œuvre dans toutes les organisations touchées. Cela nécessite une collaboration étroite avec les équipes du RAN intégré de l'UE, du matériel de l'UE et de tous les PEU du Cloud Ran de l'UE afin de garantir une stratégie de test globale efficace des réseaux Ericsson.

**Un aperçu de votre rôle**:

- Contribuer à la stratégie de test OneRAN d'un point de vue cloud, où les opportunités et les défis sont mis en évidence et pris en compte dans la stratégie conjointe couvrant les principaux produits BNEW.
- Diriger la communauté de gestion des tests pour développer et maintenir le document de feuille de route de la stratégie de test Cloud RAN
- réviser et améliorer les principes directeurs de notre stratégie d'essai afin d'optimiser le flux, la qualité du produit et le coût en fonction de la nouvelle technologie et des défis du marché
- Sécuriser et améliorer l'efficacité des tests, c'est-à-dire la valeur ajoutée à la qualité du produit par chaque activité de vérification dans le flux de développement du produit
- Développer de nouvelles méthodes d'essai
- sécuriser et améliorer les exigences de testabilité dans les produits Cloud RAN
- Soutenir la hiérarchisation technique globale des investissements en capital pour les environnements de test
- Maintenir les investissements d'essai à un niveau durable à l'aide de solutions innovantes en matière de méthodes d'essai, de méthodologie d'essai, d'environnement d'essai et d'outils d'essai. Une attention particulière doit être accordée aux méthodes d'évitement des essais (p. ex. Pour les mises à jour de l'OS, etc....)
- Prendre des décisions stratégiques pour les outils de test, telles que des décisions sur le développement d'outils de test internes et l'analyse comparative des fournisseurs d'outils de test externes pour disposer d'alternatives d'outils de test efficaces et rentables
- encourager et breveter les innovations dans les domaines de la méthodologie et des outils d'essai en participant à des programmes de recherche, à des initiatives de recherche et de coopération industrielle ;
- soutenir et former nos équipes de développement et de test sur la stratégie de test
- influencer les méthodes et évaluer les méthodes de travail actuelles dans les équipes de développement sur la base des données issues de l'analyse interne et de l'analyse des défauts des clients, des contributions de la vérification interne et sur le terrain
- diriger ou contribuer aux activités liées aux clients et aux fournisseurs dans la zone de test, telles que les présentations de stratégies de test aux clients, aux fournisseurs d'UE et aux fournisseurs d'outils de test, ainsi que le soutien aux escalades des clients, l'analyse des causes profondes des problèmes de qualité des produits, les activités améliorées de glissement des pannes

**Qualifications et compétences dont vous aurez besoin**:

- Être un leader éprouvé avec une vision et une attitude positive pour faire bouger les choses
- Cherchez des moyens de faire les choses différemment, mais sans oublier la force d'Ericsson. Vous stimulez et adoptez l'innovation et le changement avec une mentalité de collaboration.
- Connaissance du développement natif du cloud et capacité avérée à interagir avec plusieurs interfaces et parties prenantes

**Atous**:

- Formation : B.Sc./B.Eng en génie logiciel ou dans un domaine connexe ou expérience équivalente
- Au moins 10+ ans d'expérience en CI/CD et en gestion de tests
- Expérience dans le domaine : Vérification de produits/systèmes, CI/CD, automatisation, RAN.
- Une approche novatrice démontrée à travers la formulation de stratégies et de concepts.
- Compétences en coaching et en mentorat : Compréhension des affaires et excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation.
