Liftsafe Engineering and Service Group Inc., a member of the Liftsafe Group of Companies, specializes in a variety of different areas including inspections, service, engineering and fabrication; we supply overhead cranes, jib cranes and other industrial material handling equipment to our large customer base throughout Ontario.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to create quotes for recurring inspections and follow up with customers.

The primary duties and responsibilities of the inspection coordinator include, but are not limited to, the following:
Inspection/Preventative Maintenance
- Generate inspection rebooking quotes as per inspection rebooking process flow
- Create new inspection quotes for new clients (information supplied sales representative)
- Updating client inventory in software system (G10)
- Backup to scheduling/service quoting
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications include:

- Prior experience in a customer facing role
- Knowledge of/experience in the crane and hoist industry
- Minimum Grade 12 education
- Proficiency in Microsoft software: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Windows
- Ability to build rapport with customers

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Ayr, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer support: 1 year (preferred)
- Scheduling: 1 year (preferred)
- Quoting: 1 year (preferred)
- crane and hoist industry: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)
