Monthly financial statements for three entities (manufacturing, import and distribution and real-estate)
- Month-end procedures
- Journal entries
- Reconciliation of inter-company accounts
- Bank reconciliations
- Sales batch posting

Processing payroll (bi-weekly) through external payroll service

Management of the accounting team, including a review of the following:

- Intercompany sales and charges
- Review of the visa expense accounts
- Credit and debit notes
- Matching of PO’s and receiving documents

Monthly sales tax reports

Year-end working paper file for the external accountants

**Skills**
- Sage 300
- Excel
- Word

**Languages**
- French
- English

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
