Relevant du Directeur Marketing Fromages fins, le Chef Marketing - Chef de produits Fromages fins aura la responsabilité de la gestion des de produits domestiques : lancement de nouveaux produits, optimisation de produits, rénovation et rationalisation, autant pour les marques nationales que pour les marques privées.

**En quoi consiste ce rôle**:

- Analyser le marché, la concurrence et les besoins des consommateurs afin d’identifier des opportunités de nouveaux produits, ou d’optimisation;
- Participer au développement et à l’exécution du plan marketing et de la feuille de route d’innovation afin d’atteindre les objectifs de croissance de la catégorie;
- Analyser les résultats de ventes, des innovations et en effectuer le reporting;
- Présenter les innovations à l’équipe des ventes;
- Communiquer tout changements relatifs à des modification de produits à l’équipe des ventes;
- Travailler avec le département I&PD pour le développement ou l
- optimisation de nos produits;
- Gérer le processus PRIME pour tous les projets requis;
- Gérer les équipes multidisciplinaires pour tous projets relatifs aux produits sous sa responsabilité;
- Responsable de l’élaboration des projets (analyses préliminaires, préparation des briefings aux agences, rencontres avec les partenaires, suivi de performance);
- Développer les emballages et en gérer son processus complet;
- Collaborer avec l’Assistant chef marketing pour la codification des nouveaux produits;
- Collaborer avec les intervenants internes (ex: ventes, production, R&D), ainsi qu'avec les intervenants externes (ex : agences de publicité, fournisseurs et autres partenaires), et ce en respectant le calendrier des activités;
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.

**Ce qu'il te faut pour joindre notre équipe**:

- Diplôme universitaire en marketing ou dans une discipline connexe;
- 3-5 ans d'expérience en Marketing, gestion de projets et/ou dans la vente/commercialisation de produits de consommation;
- Bonne connaissance de AC Nielsen;
- Bilinguisme oral et écrit (Anglais et Français) - Communications fréquentes avec des partenaires, clients et/ou employés à l’extérieur du Québec.
- Détenir une connaissance de l'industrie des produits laitiers/alimentation est un atout.
