**What YOU will do**:
**Using the provided sampling plan, perform routine quality assessments on incoming material/product lots and/or work in progress based on the following criteria**:

- Finish appearance is acceptable - color, paint coverage, scratches, etc.
- General appearance is acceptable - damage, sharp edges, clean welds, etc.
- Parts are functioning as intended - fit together properly.
- Critical dimensions compared to CAD are within tolerance.

**Document all findings in the Special Projects Quality Binder.**

**For incoming material/product lots**:

- Label each inspected part as PASS/REJECTED.
- Return all approved parts to their designated gaylord/skid.
- Quarantine all rejected parts for review and final disposition by the QA Manager on a clearly marked/labelled skid.
- Label each approved gaylord/skid with a green “QC Approved” label.
- Advise SRW Lead Hand of completed incoming inspection.

**For Work in Progress**:

- Label each inspected part as PASS/REJECTED.
- Return all approved parts to Production.
- Quarantine all rejected parts for review and final disposition by the QA Manager on a clearly marked/labelled skid.

**Advise the QA Manager of all potential rejects.**

**What we are seeking in YOU**:

- Minimum of 1 year related Manufacturing Quality Assurance experience
- Posses strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- To be detail-oriented in order to conduct accurate tests and inspections
- Posses strong analytical and reporting skills
- Good problem solving skills to be able to identify and resolve issues that arise.
- Strong time management to meet tight deadlines
